Completion of Rights Issue
Further to recent announcements, Genesis Resources Limited (the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has issued and allotted 15,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company today, being the balance of the shortfall under the Company’s recent rights issue.
Approximately $2.74 million (before expenses) has been raised under the rights issue.
An Appendix 3B for the issue and allotment of the 15,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares will follow shortly.
Effect of Rights Issue on Capital Structure
A table showing the effect of the rights issue on the Company’s capital structure is set out below.
