Genesis Resources Limited (ASX: GES ) ( Genesis or the Company ) advises that effective 16 May 2019, the Company’s registered office address and telephone number has changed to:

The Company further advises that Ms Sophie Karzis has resigned as Company Secretary of Genesis, and Ms Alyn Tai has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective 16 May 2019.
