Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Genesis Resources Limited ( Genesis or the Company ) advises that Ms Alyn Tai has resigned from her role as Non-Executive Director, effective today 10 October 2016. The Board of Genesis takes this opportunity to thank Ms Tai for her contribution to the Company.
The Company is currently in the process of identifying an additional Non-Executive Director to appoint to the Company’s Board.
Ms Tai’s Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) will follow shortly.
