Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Genesis Resources Limited (the Company ) advises that Mr Patrick Volpe has resigned as NonExecutive Director of the Company effective from today, 17 June 2014.
The Board recognises and thanks Mr Volpe for his significant contribution to the Company during his tenure as Director and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
An Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) in relation to Mr Volpe will follow shortly.
