Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Genesis Resources Limited (the Company ) advises that Mr John Zee has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company effective from today, 31 October 2014.
The Board recognises and thanks Mr Zee for his contribution to the Company during his tenure as Director and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
An Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) in relation to Mr Zee will follow shortly.
