Withdrawal of Resolution from Notice of Annual General Meeting
Genesis Resources Limited ( Genesis or the Company ) has been advised by Mr John Karajas that due to a number of increasing commitments, he no longer intends to seek re-election as Director at Genesis’ upcoming Annual General Meeting on Monday 25 November 2013.
Accordingly, the Board advises that it is withdrawing Item 2c from Genesis’ 2013 Notice of Annual General Meeting, which proposed a resolution to consider the re-election of Mr Karajas as Director of Genesis.
Mr Karajas will cease to be a Director upon conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
Genesis takes this opportunity to recognise Mr Karajas for his contribution to the Company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
