Retirement of Managing Director
Genesis Resources Limited ( Genesis or the Company ) advises that Mr Peter Kong has retired as Managing Director of Genesis, effective today, 27 November 2013.
Genesis’ Non-Executive Chairman Mr Eddie Pang said: “Peter’s commitment to generating shareholder value has been integral to the Company’s progress since his appointment in May 2012. On behalf of the Board, I wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
In the absence of a managing director, Mr Pang will continue to lead the Company by transitioning into the role of Executive Chairman, effective 1 December 2013. The Company will advise shareholders of the terms of Mr Pang’s executive appointment when the terms and conditions of a services agreement between Mr Pang and Genesis have been finalised.
