Genesis Resources Limited is an Australian company with a portfolio (over 1,877 km[2] ) of quality iron, manganese, gold and base metal projects in the highly prospective Proterozoic and Palaeozoic metallogenic provinces of Australia.
Genesis has also signed a Joint Venture over the Plavica Project: an advanced project within Macedonia. The Plavica Project is highly prospective for gold, copper, silver, lead and zinc mineralisation.

Resignation of Director
Genesis Resources Limited (the Company ) advises that Dr. Ahmet Kerim Sener is resigning as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective from today, to focus on other interests.
Dr. Sener joined the Company as Director in 2006 and has since been a key figure in the progression and development of the Company. Dr Sener will continue his involvement with the Company as a consultant in relation to work being undertaken on the Company’s Plavica Macedonia Project.
The Board recognises and thanks Dr. Sener for his notable contribution to the Company during his tenure as Director and wishes him well in his future endeavours. An Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) in relation to Dr. Sener will follow shortly.
