Appointment of Non-Executive Director
As a result of today’s Annual General Meeting, the Board of Genesis Resources Limited (the Company ) has, immediately after the closure of the Annual General Meeting, appointed Mr Alex Hooi-Kiang Lim as a non-executive director of the Board.
Mr Lim graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and is a former independent director of Berjaya Media Bhd (formerly known as Nex News Bhd). Mr Lim has a number of business interests, including interests in the insurance sector.
Mr Lim is a shareholder of the Company, and an Appendix 3X will follow shortly.
The Company’s Board of Directors now comprise Mr Eddie Pang (Chairman), Mr Peter Kong (Managing Director) and Mr Alex Lim (Non-Executive Director).
