2023 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Genesis Resources Limited (ASX: GES ) advises that its 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am (Melbourne time) on Thursday 23 November 2023 . Further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in coming weeks.
The closing date for the Company’s receipt of any nominations for the position of director at the 2023 Annual General Meeting is 5.00pm (Melbourne time) on Thursday, 5 October 2023 .
