Genesis Resources 2017 Highlights - Macedonia

• Resource Completed in Dec 2016 by Ravensgate Ltd of Perth, Australia: 65.8 MT at 0.70 g/t Au containing 1.46M Oz Au . Contained within this total resource is 31.7 MT @ 0.77 g/t Au for 781,000 Au ounces of oxide and transitional (Pox) material from both the Plavica and Maricanski Rid deposits. Nearly all of this material was categorised as ‘inferred’.

• Further drilling extended the Mineralisation at Maricanski Rid to the East: MRRC015: 53m @ 1.49 g/t Au from 43m; and to the West: MRDD050: 34m @ 1.13 g/t Au from 0m

• The mineralisation at Plavica was also extended to the east of that deposit: PNDD090: 69m @ 1.33 g/t Au from 68m.

• The Resource Model for the Oxide and Transitional material was updated in November 2017 by Golder Associates of Perth Australia: 37.4 MT at 0.77 g/t Au for 926,000 ounces of Au and 7.7 M ounces of Ag. The majority of this material is now in the ‘indicated’ category. This new resource represents an increase of 18% on the Ravensgate model.

• Primary mineralization, including copper, whilst not targeted in 2017, was still intersected in places and significant intercepts were returned at both Plavica: PNDD099: 63m @ 1.57 g/t Au, 1.07 % Cu and 27.3 g/t Ag from 129m, and at Maricanski Rid: MRRC044: 24m @ 1.06 g/t Au, 0.74 % Cu and 7.4 g/t Ag from 46m.

• Other work during the year by Golder Associates (UK) included a base-line study for an ESIA, the installation of water monitoring bores, geotechnical work and metallurgical studies.

Genesis Resources 2018 Planned Work

• Convert remaining inferred material to indicated / measured within the oxide and transitional material at Plavica and Maricanski Rid.

• Further Metallurgical test-work including column tests and geotechnical tests using full PQ core.

• Continue collection of base-line climatic and social / community data. ESIA.
