Genesis Resources 2016 Highlights - Macedonia

• Follow up of initial high grade drilling at Maricanski Rid completed and mineralization extended to the east and west. Western-most hole returned 129.8m @ 1.20 g/t Au from 12m. Follow up drilling nearing completion.

• Extensional drilling at Plavica to the east returned favourable results (eg PNDD073: 36m @ 2.12 g/t Au from 11m, PNDD071: 46m @ 1.10 g/t Au from 17m.)

• Geochemical anomaly with up to 9 g/t Au in rock chip samples was drilled and returned positive results (37m @ 1.13 g/t Au). This area is 500m NE of the Plavica mineralisation and follow up drilling is currently underway.

• Resource modelling currently nearing completion using independent consultants, Ravensgate Pty Ltd from Perth, Australia. Expected to be released to the ASX before end of November.

• Golders Ltd (UK) have made initial site inspections at Plavica and Maricanski Rid and are expected to start work on Feasibility studies once the Resource is released to the market and an in-house Scoping Study is completed by Mintrex Pty Ltd of Perth, Australia.
