2014 Highlights - Macedonia
-
Large semi continuous body of mineralisation defined over 1.5km long
-
Mineralisation remains open along strike to the SE and west. The last hole drilled in 2013 to the east returned 34m @ 2.00 g/t Au, 8.0 g/t Ag and 0.3 % Cu
-
There is also significant mineralisation encountered at Maricanski Rid (46m @ 1.59 g/t Au) located 800m south of Plavica
Some areas to the south of Plavica, drilled by the State (eg ZB047: 240m @ 0.58 g/t Au from 30m & ZB056: 310m @ 0.72 g/t Au from 20m) have yet to be re-drilled
-
New prospect discovered 500m ENE has rock chip samples up to 9 g/t Au. Yet to be drilled. Soil Sampling over eastern half of tenement underway
-
All assets from the Plavica tenement transferred to Silgen Resources which is owned 62% by Genesis
-
All Exploration Licences relinquished as per Macedonian Law
-
Final Feasibility Study submitted to the Government by Silgen Resources for the Plavica Exploration Licence
-
Formal Exploitation (Mining) Licence request submitted to Macedonian Government by Silgen. Approval expected in late 2014 or early 2015
-
10M USD required for BFS study, infill drilling to JORC Compliant Indicated Resource, step-out drilling to east and west, drill old State hole areas, drill Maricanski Rid and new targets
