TAKEOVER BID BY GENESIS MINERALS LIMITED FOR DACIAN GOLD LIMITED – NOTICE UNDER ASX LISTING RULE 3.4.1

The off-market takeover bid by Genesis Minerals Limited (ACN 124 772 041) ( Genesis ) for Dacian Gold Limited (ACN 154 262 978) ( Dacian ) closed at 5:00pm (Perth time) on Monday, 20 February 2023 with Genesis holding 80.08% of the fully paid ordinary shares of Dacian.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.4.1, Genesis attaches the following information to this letter:

• (a) Distribution schedules for Genesis in accordance with Listing Rule 4.10.7; and
