Genesis Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer
Genesis Energy today announces that Chief Financial Officer, Chris Jewell, is leaving Genesis to take up the role of Chief Financial Officer of Loadstone Energy.
Marc England, CEO of Genesis said: “I would like to thank Chris for the significant contribution he has made to our business over the last 8 years. Chris has made a substantial contribution to our strategy and business performance in various roles and as CFO for the last 5 years”.
Chris is motivated by the opportunity to help build a new independent power provider and use the experience he has gained over the years in capital raising, energy markets, generation development and as a leader in the industry. We wish him all the best. “
An internal and external search for a new CFO is underway and interim arrangements will be announced in due course. Chris will continue to support the company through his notice period.
