GLL GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Gallagher Security Corp has granted incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate 1,500,000 common shares of the company at a price of .13 cents per common share for a period of two years. The options vest on the date of grant.
