January 20,2021 Gallagher Security Corp. has appointed Brett Halvorson to its board of directors.

The company welcomes Brett and his experience and skills to its board as the company continues its due diligence on MyCellium Warehouse.

Mr. Halvorson is the president and chief financial officer of True North Cannabis Corp., a Canadian agricultural services provider and hemp-based CBD products producer. For True North, he has raised over $15-million in capital through both equity and debt instruments and he has been instrumental in expanding distribution to new markets for True North's various product offerings. He brings over a decade of corporate finance and commercial experience across the agriculture, mining and cannabis sectors. Mr. Halvorson has an established record of bringing innovative agricultural products to market and has developed proven platforms for commercial and corporate operations. Along with this, Mr. Halvorson carries demonstrated experience in the setting and advancement of long-term corporate strategy. He holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Alberta and is a CFA charter holder.
