Q3 Revenue 2014/2015: +13% 64% increase in the signatures of new SaaS contracts during the quarter

Paris, January 26, 2015 - Generix Group, Industrial, Logistical and Retail Ecosystems provider with leading Collaborative Software Solutions, issued today its revenues for the third quarter, ended December 31, 2014, of its financial year 2014/2015.

(1) GCE ERP activity sold on May 2, 2014 - refer to the press release from May 5, 2014. The revenue concerning these activities therefore relates to the period from April 1, to May 1, 2013 and 2014. Over the third quarter of fiscal 2013/2014, published revenue (over 9 months) for this activity branch stood at €9,358 K.

With revenue of €14.5 M, the Group recorded for the past quarter an increase in revenue generated of 13% on the scope of the maintained activities.

The actions focusing on the installed base brought growth of 39% in license sales.

The dynamic rate of new SaaS signings observed since the beginning of the financial year 2013/2014 resulted in 9% growth in the revenue generated by this activity over the past quarter. The many new implementations generated by these SaaS signatures allowed Consulting and Services revenue to grow 18% over the past quarter.

The loyalty of the installed base has allowed for growth of 2% in the revenue of the maintenance activity for the third quarter of the period.

The strong growth in sales with SaaS, already observed since the beginning of fiscal 2013/2014, is confirmed over the past quarter with a 64% increase in the number of new SaaS contracts compared to the same quarter of fiscal 2013/2014.

As the new SaaS contracts signed run for an average of three and a half years, the signatures recorded since the beginning of the current fiscal year will, once the various deployments are completed, allow us to generate additional annual sales of 1.8 million Euros.

CASH FLOW AND PERSPECTIVES

In terms of cash flow, the quarter was marked by the normal course issuer bid announced on December 12, 2014 for an amount of €8 M as well as by the execution for €1.6 M of an unfavorable ruling rendered by the Court of Appeal of Rennes for which the financing is provided by Group cash flow.

The strong growth observed during the past quarter in terms of revenue and SaaS contract signing allows the Group to confirm its capacity to maintain strong growth in signatures which will make it possible to further increase the recurrence and the profitability of the Group once the projects are deployed.
