Subject: Outcome of Board meeting.

With reference to our intimation dated 06[th] January 2026, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on 12[th] January 2026. At the said meeting, inter alia, the Board considered and discussed the proposal relating to potential fundraising initiatives. After due deliberation, the Board noted that the proposal requires further evaluation, including assessment of prevailing market conditions and available structuring alternatives. Accordingly, no decision was taken on the said proposal at the meeting.

The Company will communicate the next course of action in this regard in due course.

The meeting commenced at 06:00 PM and concluded at 07:30 PM.
