Forthcoming release of shares from escrow / Cancellation of options
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the release from escrow on 16 May 2009 of 1,380 ordinary shares and the cancellation today of 659,280 unlisted options over ordinary shares, details of which are as follows:
