Forthcoming release of shares from escrow / Cancellation of options
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the release from escrow on 19 October 2009 of 376,656 ordinary shares and the cancellation of 300,000 unlisted options over ordinary shares, details of which are as follows:
