Issue of shares under ESAP
Austock Group Limited (ACK) announces the allotment today of 81,880 ordinary shares to employees under its Employee Share Acquisition Plan (ESAP).
Application will be made to the ASX for the quotation of these shares. The shares are escrowed until 16 December 2010 but will be released earlier in the event of an employee’s cessation of employment.
