Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Austock Group Limited (ASX:ACK) announces the appointment of Mr Jonathan Tooth as a nonexecutive director of the Company, effective on 1 May 2012.

Mr Tooth has over 20 years experience in providing corporate advisory services to ASX listed and unlisted small cap companies. He is presently a principal of Halcyon Corporate Pty Ltd, a boutique corporate advisory practice, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University and qualifications in economics and financial studies. He is a former employee of Austock Group, having held the role of executive director in the corporate finance division from 2001 to 2011.

Mr Tooth brings significant skills and experience to Austock and the Board welcomes him as a director.
