Steven Gregg appointed Executive Chairman
Austock Group Limited (ASX:ACK) announces that, effective immediately, Mr Steven Gregg has been appointed Executive Chairman.
Steven has over 27 years experience in investment banking and consulting and brings a wealth of knowledge and commercial acumen to the role.
Steven joined the Company in November 2009 as Non-Executive Chairman. He has been actively involved in the Group’s operations and strategy and has made a substantial contribution to date. In assuming an executive role, Steven will continue to work with Mr Paul Masi and other members of Austock’s senior management team to develop the business.
In commenting on his move to Executive Chairman, Mr Gregg said “I remain excited by the significant opportunities Austock presents as one of Australia’s largest independent financial services, investments and corporate advisory firms. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Paul and his team to grow the business and strengthen its financial performance.”
