Closing date for director nominations
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 11.1(k) of the Company’s Constitution, Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) advises that with respect to the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 25 October 2011, the closing date for director nominations is Friday, 19 August 2011. All nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5pm (Melbourne time) on the closing date.
