Closing date for director nominations

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 11.1(k) of the Company’s Constitution, Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) advises that in respect of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 26 October 2010, the closing date for director nominations is Thursday, 19 August 2010. All nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5pm (Melbourne time) on the closing date.
