Forthcoming release of shares from escrow / Cancellation of options
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the release from escrow on 6 February 2009 of 920 ordinary shares and the cancellation today of 15,000 unlisted options over ordinary shares, details of which are as follows:

These options were cancelled for no consideration.
The remaining number of options on issue is 14,532,640.
