Forthcoming release of shares from escrow / Cancellation of options
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the release from escrow on 21 July 2009 of 579,602 ordinary shares and the cancellation today of 15,000 unlisted options over ordinary shares, details of which are as follows:

These options were cancelled for no consideration.
The remaining number of options on issue is 1,010,000.
