Update regarding voluntary escrow
As foreshadowed in its announcement on 10 December 2007, Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) now advises the voluntary escrow arrangements applying to the 10,500,000 shares in the Austock Share Ownership Plan (“ESOP”).
Following the conversion of 1,280,000 Share Rights by employees in December 2007:

497,780 shares will be released from escrow on 16 January 2008 (as announced on 31 December 2007);

782,220 shares will be transferred to employees and subject to escrow, with approximately one third to be released from escrow on each of 5 December 2008, 5 December 2009 and 5 December 2010; and
-
9,220,000 shares will remain escrowed in the ESOP. The date these shares are to be released from escrow will depend upon the elections made by the participants under the rules of the ESOP.
ACK advises that there are now 9,220,000 Share Rights (ASX code: ACKAY) remaining.
Details of the number of ACK shares now subject to escrow and the date these shares are to be released from escrow are as follows:
