Appointment of Chris Sadler as a non-executive director

Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) has appointed former managing director of Deutsche Bank – Corporate Finance, Chris Sadler, as a non-executive director. Chris brings over 20 years experience in investment banking in senior roles in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Prior to his Deutsche Bank role, Chris worked for leading international investment banks including JP Morgan, Citigroup, SG Warburg and Salomon Brothers. He has an extensive track record of leading major mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructurings including equity and debt financings.

In conjunction with this new appointment, Chris continues to serve as a director on a number of Boards in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. These include Mitre 10 Australia Limited, Seeley International Limited and Daniels Sharpsmart Pty Ltd, as well as being Chairman of Alpha Asia Pacific Foundation and a Director on the Alpha International Board in London.

Chris has an MBA from the University of Rochester New York and has studied at the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
