Forthcoming release of shares from escrow
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the release from escrow on 12 February 2008 of 920 ordinary shares.
These shares were issued under ACK’s Employee Share Acquisition Plan (“ESAP”) and in accordance with the rules of the ESAP are being released from escrow upon employees’ cessation of employment.
