Closing date for director nominations

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 11.1(k) of the Company’s Constitution, Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) advises that in respect of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 30 October 2008, the closing date for director nominations is Tuesday 26 August 2008. All nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5 p.m. (Melbourne time) on the closing date.
