Resignation of Director
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces that with immediate effect, Mr Michael (“Mike”) McFarlane has resigned as a director of the Company for personal reasons.
The Board acknowledges the valuable contribution made by Mike as a director and wishes him all the very best for the future.
A search for a new independent non-executive director is underway.
