Cancellation of Share Rights
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the cancellation today of 9,222,000 Share Rights (ACKAY) upon the winding up of the Austock Share Ownership Trust. These Share Rights were cancelled for no consideration.
Forthcoming release of shares from escrow
Upon the winding up of the Austock Share Ownership Trust, the 9,220,000 shares held by the Trust will be returned to the foundation shareholders, free from any escrow conditions. Accordingly, ACK announces the forthcoming release from escrow on 29 December 2008 of 9,220,000 fully paid ordinary shares.
