Pre quotation disclosure

Austock Group confirms the allotment and issue of 6,000,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Company’s $10,800,000 capital raising under its Prospectus dated 12 November 2007.

The Company confirms that there are at least 400 shareholders each having a parcel of shares with a value of at least $2,000 and that at least 25% of its shares are held by unrelated parties.

The Company also confirms the dispatch of the following:

1. in relation to all holdings on the CHESS sub-register, a notice from the Company under ASTC Settlement Rule 8.9.1;

2. in relation to all other holdings, issuer sponsored holding statements; and

3. refund money.
