Forthcoming release of shares from escrow
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the release from escrow on 9 January 2008 of 460 ordinary shares.
These shares were issued under ACK’s Employee Share Acquisition Plan (“ESAP”) and in accordance with the rules of the ESAP are being released from escrow upon an employee’s cessation of employment.
