Forthcoming release of shares from escrow

Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the release from escrow on 16 January 2008 of 497,780 ordinary shares.

These shares form part of the 10,500,000 shares in ACK’s Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), more commonly known as the Employee Share Trust. In accordance with the rules of the ESOP, these shares are being released from escrow upon sale under the Free Shares conversion option.
