Forthcoming release of shares from escrow / Cancellation of options
Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the release from escrow on 12 November 2009 of 151,015 ordinary shares and the cancellation today of 100,000 unlisted options over ordinary shares, details of which are as follows:

These options were cancelled for no consideration.
The remaining number of options on issue is 100,000.
