Cancellation of options

Austock Group Limited (“ACK”) announces the cancellation today of 159,800 unlisted options over ordinary shares, details of which are as follows:

			commencing 3 business days after
			announcement of 30/6/12 financial
			results

These options were cancelled for no consideration.

The remaining number of options on issue is 13,897,640.
