Change of Directors

Generation Development Group Limited ( ASX: GDG ) (“ Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Shenaz Waples as an Independent Non-Executive Director of GDG, with immediate effect.

She has also joined GDG’s Remuneration and Nomination Committee as a member.

Rob Coombe, Chairman of GDG said, “I am delighted to welcome Shenaz to GDG’s Board. Shenaz brings extensive experience and expertise in financial services culture, performance and reward, complementing the Company’s strategic objectives.”

Mrs Waples is currently the Group Executive, People and Culture at Colonial First State having previously held senior human resources leadership roles at MLC Australia and Westpac. Her previous board experience includes the Women’s Community Shelters and MLC Wealth Limited.

Mrs Waples has an eMBA from UNSW and has completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, the Strategic IQ program at Harvard University and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.

Mrs Waples will stand for election at GDG’s Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2025 (“2025 AGM”).

In addition, Mr Bill Bessemer will retire as a non-executive director with effect from the conclusion of the 2025 AGM after 13 years on the board.
