Appointment of Company Secretary
Austock Group announces the appointment of Adrian Hill, General Counsel, as Company Secretary replacing Elizabeth Lee following her resignation effective 15 May 2009. Adrian will act in the position of Company Secretary pending Amanda Gawne’s return from maternity leave.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Hill will be responsible for communications with the ASX.
