Appointment of Company Secretary
Austock Group announces the appointment of Matthew Walsh, Chief Financial Officer, as Company Secretary effective 2 January 2009. Matthew will act in the position of Company Secretary while Amanda Gawne is on maternity leave of absence.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Walsh is responsible for communications with the ASX.
