MINUTES OF EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 6 th, 2024
Milan, 25 September 2024 – We inform you that, pursuant to Article 85 paragraph 1-bis of the Consob Issuers' Regulation, the Minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 6 th September 2024 were made available today, at the registered office in Milan, Via G.
