Henrietta H. Fore has resigned from the General Mills, Inc. Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2017. Ms. Fore resigned from the Board in connection with her appointment to serve as the Executive Director of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), effective January 1, 2018.
