Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 11, 2014, General Dynamics Land Systems — Canada Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics Corporation, entered into a contract with the Government of Canada’s Canadian Commercial Corporation, to provide military and commercial vehicles, training, and support services to an international customer. The period of performance of the contract is 14 years, with a contract value of approximately $10 billion (approximately $13 billion if fully exercised).
