On 23 March 2020, Ümit Tolga Bilgin nofied the Company that on 20 March 2020, Bilgin Grup Doğalgaz A.Ş. had purchased 1,015,000 Ordinary Shares in Genel Energy plc at a price of £0.813952 per share, and on 23 March 2020 Bilgin Grup Doğalgaz A.Ş. had purchased 170,618 Ordinary shares in Genel Energy plc at a price of £0.844006 per share.
