On 27 March 2020, Ümit Tolga Bilgin notified the Company that on 26 March 2020, Bilgin Grup Doğalgaz A.Ş. had purchased 70,761 Ordinary Shares in Genel Energy plc at a price of £1.008856 per share, and on 27 March Bilgin Grup Doğalgaz A.Ş. had purchased 156,981 Ordinary Shares in Genel Energy plc at a price of £0.898799 per share. Ümit Tolga Bilgin is Vice-Chairman of Bilgin Grup Doğalgaz A.Ş., and is a Non-Executive Director of Genel Energy plc.
