Gencell – Fast Track to TA-Tech Elite Index

1. On Feb 4th, 2021, at the end of the trading session, shares of Gencell (ISIN: IL0011696890) shall be added to the TA-Tech Elite Index thru the "Unique Fast Track".
2. Shares of Gencell shall be added to additional relevant Indices thru the "Regular Fast Track", that based on parameters on the monthly Index record date (Jan 14th, 2021). At the same date, the fix parameters for calculating shares weight in the Indices shall be determined.
