Further to the description in note 13D of Chapter C of the Company's Periodic report for the financial year 2024 which was issued on March 31, 2025 ((Reference no.:2025-01-023415 ), the above-mentioned is hereby incorporated by reference), regarding the court-claim that was submitted by the Company on March 6, 2025 against E.V. Motors Ltd. (�EV Motors�) in the amount of US$ 4.2 million (~NIS 15.3 million) including VAT and interest (�the Claim�), the Company updates that on June 10, 2025, the Company received the statement of the defense as well as a counter claim in which EV Motors requests that the Company return the NIS 12.62 million that were received against the purchase agreement of the Company�s EVOX systems, as well as a request that a temporary foreclosure be placed on the Company�s assets in the full amount of the claim. As of the date of this report, the Company is confident that it holds satisfactory claims to reject the counter�claim, to deny the request for foreclosures and indicates that the chances that the counter�claim will be accepted by the Court are low. Moreover, the Company holds in hand an expert�s opinion/testimony supporting its claims which appear in the Company�s prosecuting claim. false
