Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 Tebliği'ne uygun olarak ve Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları esas alınarak hazırlanan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarına göre, 2022 yılı net dönem kârı olan 1.088.391.534,00 TL'den, 10.975.090,74 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrılarak hesaplanan 1.077.488.661,39 TL tutarındaki net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı üzerinden; SPK düzenlemeleri paralelinde 2022 yılı içinde toplam 72.218,13 TL bağış yapıldığı dikkate alınarak; bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem karının %28,32'sine tekabül edecek şekilde 333.333.334,00 TL tutarında Ortaklara Birinci Kâr Payı dağıtılmasına, 42.808.424,14 TL tutarında Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrılmasına ve geriye kalan tutarın tamamının geçmiş yıllar karlarına eklenmesine ve kâr dağıtımı tarihinin belirlenmesi için Yönetim Kurulu'na yetki verilmesine 0 adet red oyuna karşılık 459.642.024 kabul oyuyla oy birliğiyle kabul edilmiştir.
